Jazzibell The Tenrec

Okay this isn't exactly an Oc, I created this character for a project i may get to work on in the future I named Team Discord, Jazzy as she is also known  is a Tenrec female with her best friend her hammer Mr.Jangles. She is Insane as she was raised and experimented on in a not so nice asylum on Moebius,  She kinda resembles Characters like Pinkie pie and deadpool, as she can break the 4th wall on occasion and sorta tunes in to other things enabling this odd fact about her,
If voiced she would have a Brooklyn accent, as as you may notice her garb resemble that of one Harley quin who does have a Brooklyn accent.

I will be willing to have someone buy this oc from me but sadly I have rules when it concerns her as she is meant for a future project , those interested in jazzy can ask me about the project which may take a long time before i can get to it in the comments if they would like or message me. I wont put a price on her you have to ask me thank you.
